manufacturing and distribution rights for Hawaiian Snow branded products
and its patented equipment. The syrup concentrates and ice shavers are
used in many shave ice stores found in Hawaii. There are no
franchising fees, no royalty fees, no licensing fees, associated with using
Hawaiian Snow branded products.
Block ice shavers can be
divided into two categories: spinning block and static block shavers. The
Fujimarca and Hatsuyuki model block shavers are spinning block machines that have knob adjustments to control the shaving quality. Static
block machines, like
the New Orleans style model,
use block pressure to vary the shaving quality. The spinning block shavers offer
the best quality and consistency with the least amount of variation from the
operator and blade adjustment.

A NEW MACHINE !!! The Hatsuyuki
HC-S32A Electric Ice Cube Shaver is smaller and less expensive than the HC-8E
and designed primarily for the home user and small gatherings. Like the
HC-8E, this shaver uses bagged ice cubes found in your local grocery store.
Shaving capacity = 4.0 lbs per min. Container capacity = 1.9 lbs.
Net weight = 33.1 lbs.

Hatsuyuki
HC-8E Electric Ice Cube Shaver. Uses bagged ice cubes found
in your local grocery store. Shaving capacity = 6.0 lbs per min.
Container capacity = 2.9 lbs. Net weight = 47 lbs.

Dimensions =
13-5/16"W x 15-1/4"D x 17"H. NSF and UL approved.
The
HC-8E features include a blade adjustment knob and a
top loading lid with a built-in safety switch, which prevents the machine
from operating with the lid open.
Simply open the lid to the machine, add ice cubes, close the lid, and switch on to produce soft, fluffy shaved ice. The
HC-8E
comes with a catch tray and a spare blade. DC power is available
if needed. |

Fujimarca MC-709SE Electric Block Ice Shaver.
Uses block ice made from ice molds. Shaving capacity = 6.0 lbs per
min. Container capacity = 3 lbs. Net weight = 80 lbs.
Electrical = 115VAC,
1 Phase, 60Hz, 5.0 A, 186W, 1720 rpm continuous, 1/4 horsepower. Dimensions 16" W x 17" D x 28" H.
Not NSF approved.
A more robust machine than the HF-300P, the MC-709SE has a cast
steel frame and gear enclosure. Unlike the fully enclosed HF-300P, the
MC-709SE motor, spinning ice block, worm gear, and adjustment handle are
exposed. The MC-709SE machine DOES NOT have a safety switch.
Fine ice texture is adjusted by a knob on the shaver plate. The 1/4
horsepower induction motor turns a tempered steel shaving blade, which can
continuously shave over 100 lbs of ice per hour. |
